The hostel is pretty near the Malecón (seafront boulevard), with a nice view over Cienfuegos Bay. The house was built in the 1950s by the Mayor of the city of that time, as a wedding gift to her niece. Nowadays it is one of the best places to stay if you're visiting Cienfuegos. "Hostal Bella Perla Marina" is run by Amileidis and Waldo and it’s very central, 100 meters away from Prado (37 St) and only a short walk to Cienfuegos central square. The house is cozy and classy at the same time, rooms are large and well furnished, there is a garage available for guests and a lovely roof-garden terrace where meals are served in pleasant ambiance overlooking part of the city and the bay. Hosts are extremely informative and helpful and they try to read your wishes from the eyes.
